Service scope, delivery timelines, refill guarantees, and wholesale rates are detailed on our platform and dashboard.
3. Registration and Account Security
Information Accuracy: Users must provide a valid email address and accurate credentials during registration.
Credential Protection: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and password.
Unauthorized Access: SMMRX uses encrypted database systems; however, any unauthorized activity under your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
4. Payment, Funds & Refund Policy
Advance Payments: All service orders require sufficient funds added to your SMMRX balance in advance via our supported local payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or international payment methods.
Refund Evaluation: Funds deposited into your account balance are generally non-refundable to original payment methods once added. Refund or credit adjustments for incomplete, canceled, or dropped orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis through our automated refill system or support ticket system.
5. Account Termination & Suspension
SMMRX reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts, restrict dashboard access, or revoke API access without prior notice if we detect:

7. Limitation of Liabilities & Social Media Platform Disclaimer
No Platform Control: SMMRX operates independently and is not responsible for account suspensions, shadowbans, content deletions (including videos, posts, or images), or action blocks performed by third-party social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or Twitter/X).
Service Warranties: While we strive to ensure 99.9% system uptime and stable delivery through automated monitoring, SMMRX does not guarantee uninterrupted system access or specific organic conversion outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary content, brand assets, dashboard design, features, software, graphics, and text on the SMMRX platform are the exclusive intellectual property of SMMRX. Reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized scraping of our site assets without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Modifications to Terms
SMMRX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changing laws or system upgrades. Material updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continuous use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
